Just Great!

To clarify, I do have time to blog now because there are extra help in the house. I have a confinement lady to help take care of the baby (clean, bath, burp, change, etc) for the next 3.5 weeks. It was the same with the Prince's, I had time to reply emails, surf the internet and shop online, and right into the 5th week (after 'Auntie' left), the gates of Hell opened. It was tending to the baby every hour, except when he sleeps (if he actually does sleep).

Just as I documented the names of the medicine the Prince was taking recently, the Gentlemen above, a.k.a God, decided to throw in the challenge of making me know more names. This Saturday (i.e. this morning) turned out more hectic than the last. Daddy discovered that The Prince had high fever and even worse, the Prince poo-ed and did not want to go to the toilet to clean so Daddy had to use nearly half a pack of wet wipes to clean the shit off.

With a rush to the hospital for a follow-up checkup for the Baby, the Prince ended up having to come along and he was diagnosed with Bronchitis!!! To add it on, Princess Amelie has borderline Jaundice and luckily, need not be admitted back into hospital. For myself, I am having rashes all over my body due to some unknown allergy and the works of constipation with piles.

Please know my heart was breaking when I took these pictures. But for educational purposes, we thought it's good to show what a 'neuberliser' is, which we have to rent on a $10/day basis in order to administer the Pumicort and Berodual. On top of it, the Prince needs to take his Mucosovil, more Zyrtec, Klacid and Paracetomol.

The baby books say that listening to a minute of your baby cry is like going through an hour of it. The same goes for the experience above (Theresa and AWK would be nodding away because their darling went through it as well) - try having 3 persons holding the wailing Prince down while the gas vaporises into the mask. It's hell waiting for the gas to end. What's 'great' is we get to experience this 4 times a day for the next 3 days. Nevertheless, have to give a pat on the back to our Prince because he is the ultimate victim after all.
